Tired of this back to school BS, our podders returned to Summer Camp and watched Heavyweights. So duct tape your candy around your waste (don't forget your deli meat), lift those devil logs, and get on the scale... GET OFF THE SCALE!!!!! Also , don't get us started about the merits of CrossFit vs. jumping on the blob. Too late.

Our brave Podders are back from Summer Break!!! They threw away their summer reading lists (reading is for the nerds) and instead watched a movie about reading books. It's The Neverending Story, y'all!!!! So be sure to ration your sandwich, saddle up your luck dragon, and book a therapy session, because we're diving into some childhood trauma.
